Possibly 1930’s to 40’s? To start: plug in then gently spin the Start knob clock wise, the Seconds Dial will start turning. If you spin the Start knob backwards, the clock will run backwards. The white disc with black dot/hole turns and is the Seconds hand. 8″ diameter and about 3″ thick. Brown frame appears to be Bakelite but not certain. White band with red numbers is metal/tin.
